As the situation around the Coronavirus continues to evolve, we are closely following CDC updates and taking necessary precautions, including disinfecting surfaces in rooms and common areas, maintaining distance, and encouraging healthy habits.
We’re reaching out to share some reassurance and let you know the actions we’re taking to keep everyone healthy while minimizing business disruptions. Our #1 priority is the safety of our guests, staff, and community. Here are the actions we’re taking to promote health and safety of our guests and staff at Sedona Reãl:
NO CONTACT CURBSIDE CHECK-IN
Simply pull your car up to the front doors, call our front desk at (928) 282-1414, and a team member will be right out to check you in curbside. Our lobby will be staffed from 6 AM – 10 PM. We will also have signage outside with information.
CHECK-OUT BY PHONE
Give us a call from your room or cell to check-out. We’ll email you a receipt of your stay.
GRAB-N-GO BREAKFAST
The US FDA has stated that there is no evidence of food or food packaging being associated with the spread of COVID-19. Therefore, we’re offering to-go breakfast meals that can be delivered to your rooms, included with your stay. Please call our front desk for details.
PET & FAMILY PARK OPEN
While our lobby, indoor dining room, and fitness center are temporarily closed for the safety of our guests, our exclusive gated half-acre pet and family park will remain open. We ask that guests apply the appropriate social distancing principles.
SEDONA PARKS & TRAILS OPEN
Currently, all trails and national parks in Sedona remain open, offering ample open space and fresh air. Many shops and restaurants are also offering curbside and extended delivery services. Visit the Sedona Chamber of Commerce travel advisory for updates.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We are temporarily waiving our cancellation fee. All reservations scheduled for arrival before April 30, 2020, can be changed or cancelled at no charge. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
We’re in this together, and as the situation evolves, we’ll continue to do everything we can to serve our guests and community. The entire Sedona Reãl family thanks you for your support, and we will continue to keep you informed.
Expert tip: If you can only do three rides, pick the 3H’s: The Hangover, Highline and The Hogs. Sedona Real’s General Manager, Rob Holeman, is an avid rider and welcomes any guest to ask him any biking questions and get the local scoop.
