Another new entry in the powered balance bike arena to get kids used to being on two wheels is the Moto Meow. There are two sizes—a 12-inch frame and a 16-inch frame—and are designed so that the kid’s feet can always reach the ground. Both sizes have a rear hub motor and a throttle that offers smooth, slow starts to be less intimidating for new riders. It’s weather-sealed, so no worries when junior goes ripping through puddles. The Meow’s feature a throttle with three different programmable maximum speeds. The 12-inch version is available in white or black for $699. The larger, 16-inch version sells for $749.
