Starting on Friday December 2nd at 3pm the Electric Bike Expo, with Presenting Sponsor Bosch eBike Systems, rolls into to Santa Monica with over 20 of the top electric bike lines in the U.S., and more than 100 different models, all available for consumers (16 and older) to test ride for free. Registered attendees will be able to test ride ebikes to their heart’s content on a special enclosed 35,000 square foot test track sponsored by Trek Bicycles in the Santa Monica Pier parking lot at 1550 Pacific Coast Hwy., Santa Monica CA 90401. The event is free, parking is $12.

The Ebike Expo’s Non-Profit Sponsor for the Santa Monica Expo is Tempo Bicycles. Tempo will be raffling off a new eBike for just $5 a ticket. The winner will be able to choose a new 2016 Santa Barbara or Carmel models. The tickets will be available for sale at the expo and the winner will be drawn on Sunday afternoon. You do not need to be in attendance to win. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit our Non-Profit Partner, the local bike advocacy organization Santa Monica Spoke. At the expo, Tempo will also be donating two additional bikes to Santa Monica Spoke for their own use. Santa Monica Spoke is an affiliate member of the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition.
