UPGRADES DEALER SERVICE
E-bike system manufacturer Bafang has launched a dealer-direct service model and are expanding their service team to ensure ongoing customer support at a higher level. The added service and after-sales support have grown, with most new staff coming from within the industry, bringing technical and commercial knowledge, and better understanding of consumer and dealer expectations when it comes to service.
Bafang, like most of the industry, saw tremendous growth in 2020, and it’s good to see them using those resources to make their service and customer support even better.
